The human mind records and executes everything that is sent to him, whether it’s through words, thoughts or acts (yours or made by others, in a positive or negative way), you just have to accept them.

This action will always happen, independent of bringing positive results or not. Our mind is a creator’s fountain. While thinking we are already creating, giving form to our thought. It has the power of attraction, so, when we think about good things (like joy, optimism, prosperity and happy situations) we attract only good things. On the other side, when we have sad and / or pessimistic thoughts about people and negative situations we will attract this bad type of energy.

There are people who are always thinking about diseases and its symptoms. After a while, this mental fixation makes them feel really ill. The opinion’s affinity makes people in this state be attracted to others with equal thoughts, which reinforces his/her suffering. In these cases, the disease doesn’t exist in the physical body, only in the mind. However, after sometime thinking so much about the disease, the person will might fell ill, since the thought has a creator power (also known as somatization).

We shouldn’t forget that we own our thoughts and that we can direct them to wherever we want. Thoughts that bring us peace, confidence and joy or thoughts that bring us pain, loneliness and sadness, it doesn’t matter. We are what we think and believe we are, the choice is ours. Our energy is neutral until we add to it our thoughts, feelings and actions. Proof of this is that person who thinks will fail. He/she has already failed before even trying.

To imagine means to create, to attract means to feel, to believe means to achieve. I believe that we are responsible for our thoughts and feelings, and for any feeling we experience. What about you? Reflect on what you’re doing to yourself.

“Our brain is the best toy ever created, in it you will find all the secrets, including the one about happiness.”  Charles Chaplin

“It is foolish to expect different results, day after day, if you practice the same actions.”   Albert Einstein
